Viridian’s Cognitive Complex is an advanced combination of effective neuro-protective and antioxidant rich nutrients. This formula is specifically targeted to support brain function and assist cognition (mental processing) through reduced oxidative stress, improved cellular fluidity, neurotransmitter response, and sense of relaxation.

Effective intakes of phosphatidylserine range from 100mg per day (for children and for adult brain maintenance) through 300mg / day for memory loss, and up to 600mg /day for mood enhancement.

Acetyl-L-carnitine is usually given orally in tablet or capsule form with dosage ranging from 1-3 grams daily, in divided doses. If administered intravenously, the dosage is usually 1500-2000 mg.

ALC is considered safe at these dosages and without incidence of significant side effects, even with long-term (one year) administration.

Oral therapeutic dosages of alpha-lipoic can be as much as 1800mg daily.

For relaxation, 200 mg L-theanine can be taken 1-3 times daily.
