Viridiansa is an online store in the organic and natural product industry.
Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Viridiansa and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Viridiansa.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via post office or courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Viridiansa is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Viridiansa will contact you with options
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Viridiansa .
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Viridiansa within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed state we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback onto the supplier of the product. The supplier’s remedy is then up to their own discretion and Viridiansa itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive the wrong product you must contact Viridiansa within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occured. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or by bank transfer or cash deposit into the Viridiansa bank account, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Viridiansa via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Viridiansa separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Virtual Card Services secure payment terminal.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Return Policy
You are welcome to return any goods purchased within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in their original unopened packaging.
- If you are returning the item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind we will refund you, less the courier fee once the item has been returned to our warehouse and our team has confirmed that the item is in a saleable condition.
- If the return is due to misrepresentation on our site we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.
- The refund will be done in the form of the original tender of the order.
- Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 3 working days.
Please note we will not accept returns of any feminine hygiene, menstrual or intimate products such as reusable pads, menstrual cups and sponges, yoni eggs or underwear.

We will send you a return form to complete and send a courier quote to have the product/s collected. Once you have paid the cost of having the item couriered back to us and we have received the payment, we will refund you.
Can I exchange my product?
We do not accept any exchanges, but you are welcome to return the unopened and unused product (by following our returns policy).
What do I do if the product is tampered with, broken or expired?
Email our customer support team on sales@viridiansa.co.za with your order number, details and a picture of the product that you have received and we will assist in sorting this out by contacting our suppliers to either have it repaired, replaced or refunded, depending on the situation.
