Dosage - 200mg standardised extract one to three times daily.

Olive leaf can be irritating to the stomach lining and should be taken with meals.


Potential applications :Viral infections (influenza, colds), Candida infections, Herpes Simplex, Dysbiosis, SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), Modulation of the microbiome, Cardiovascular support (angina, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, and arrhythmia), Glucose homeostasis, Modulation of HbA1c (glycated haemoglobin, biomarker for type II diabetes.


Known contraindications: A small number of individuals (5% of subjects) reported vertigo, headaches and muscle cramps during a study, however such symptoms had disappeared or stabilized by the endpoint1.


Interactions: Anti-coagulating medications, Blood pressure lowering medications1.
